UUCA Fall Congregational Meeting – Sunday, October 18, 2026

The meeting will be held after the Sunday luncheon at 1 p.m.  Please participate in the democratic governance of our church. You may attend the meeting in-person, or you will be sent a Zoom link for access.

The agenda includes reports about the financial health and other aspects of our society.

These items will be voted on by members of the congregation:

- Proposed Bylaws amendments to increase amounts which The Board can expend in excess of the approved budget (two-thirds vote required for approval)

- Approval of proposed 2027 budget

The Board recommends approval of a budget which projects a deficit of $10,850 to be withdrawn from savings. Details will be presented and discussed at the meeting.

- Election of three members to the Nominating Committee

Members of the Society will serve one-year terms, shall not be eligible for re-election for a year and can not be members of The Board of Trustees.

- Election of up to five members to the Long Term Investment Committee

No less than three and no more than five Church members elected by the Congregation to two-year terms, to include the current Treasurer.
