Rev. Dr. Tom Owen-Towle was ordained in 1967 and has served Unitarian Universalist parishes for the past 50 years. He is always honored to return to preach at UUCA.

    Dear Fellow UU Anaheim Congregants

Due to the unfolding situation regarding the coronavirus, and out of an abundance of caution and care for our members, the Board of Trustees for UUCA has determined that our congregation will not be meeting until further notice. This means that we will not be meeting in discussion groups (the Philosophy Group, Issues Forum, etc) on Sundays. Nor will we be holding any official committee meetings face-to-face. We can still conduct meetings online and via email.

We are taking these actions in order to safeguard everyone from the possibility of contracting and transmitting the coronavirus. We are following recent California State and UUA recommendations.

We hope to resume meeting again for Sunday services and other church functions soon. We will review developments and be in touch regarding this situation, and we look forward to seeing you all again when it is appropriate.

    Warmest regards,
    Your UUCA Board of Trustees

"We, the members of the Unitarian Universalist Church in Anaheim, in recognition of the long, pervasive history of racism against African-Americans
and other People of Color in the U.S., wish to voice our support for the Black Lives Matter movement. We express our strong support for this movement by opposing police brutality, mass imprisonment of African-Americans, racial profiling, racial discrimination, economic injustices, voter restrictions, and other injustices which negatively impact the Black community. We vow to join the BLM struggle for justice and equality, and stand in solidarity with our African-American brothers and sisters."
